Pricing

$4500 for the weekend*


This includes:


- Access to the grounds all day Friday, all day Saturday and again on Sunday for clean up.  

- The option to stay overnight at West 40rty both Friday and Saturday night if desired.  The weekend rental allows you to have rehearsal and rehearsal dinner at the venue Friday night.  Our venue has four bedrooms and comfortably sleeps 10. 


- Eight 60” round tables, six 6’ rectangle tables, 52 white resin chairs, 32 white molded plastic chairs, ten 30” adjustable height (from 30” high to 42” high) cocktail tables and two 12 foot wooden pews that are included in the prices listed above.
